Dubey established R.K.
Devi Memorial
Hospital in 1979 to serve
the patients specially the middle class & economically weaker section of
society. It initiated a new trend of medical facilities outside Government
Hospitals.
LIFE PHILOSOPHY
Faith in God,
Joy of Giving, Honoring the space of others and love are his basic central
point which keep him going in hours of need and keep him cool in hours of
crisis.
WORK IDEOLOGY
Dr. Dubey sees God in each eye he
operates & for him Service to man is service to God. He believes in
basically serving the needy and for him money is the by product.
UNIQUE SERVICE CONCEPTS
Dr. Dubey has started a NGO in the name of FRIENDS FOR SIGHT in which people have joined hands globally to serve the poor eye
patients. The unique concept of service is of
INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERS TIME BANK in which people deposit their time to
serve. This programme was launched on 2nd Jan. 2011. This includes
volunteers from all walks of life i.e. Medical & non-medical both,
housewives, senior citizens, students, executives, corporate etc.
SPECIAL INTEREST
In meditation and in the development of children and youth as good
citizens of the world.
He and his wife have traveled
several countries and always thrive for Global
Peace and International brotherhood.
To give Motivational Talks- Dr Dubey is very regularly invited by
institutions, colleges, schools, offices, banks, etc to give motivational talks
specially on success, joy how to avoid stress, Work-Life Balance ,goals in
life, how to improve human relationship, and how to give back to the society
etc.
